This villa is highly recommended for families, especially because of the trampoline, football goal and other play equipment in the garden. Naturally, the south-facing estate of this villa offers a suitably sized swimming pool with graduated depth, surrounded by a large terrace that reaches all the way to the house. After swimming, you can make use of the walled outdoor shower and then relax on one of the eight sun loungers: four parasols provide ample shade when needed. The house has a covered terrace with lighting and a dining area. This is the place to enjoy a barbecue, delighting your palate with the delicious and intense aromas of fresh homemade Mallorcan produce. There is also another outdoor seating area on the upper floor balcony of the villa, which offers spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains.
