This modern house with a private pool in the center of Llubi, north-central Mallorca, offers a peaceful home for 2-6 guests.
Llubi is a 15-20 minute drive from Playa de Muro and Can Picafort beach.
In the village, there is a small supermarket and bars.
Gas stations, restaurants, and more services can be found in Inca, a 10-minute drive away.
The Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, famous for the villages of Valldemossa and Sóller, has endless hiking trails and routes for cyclists.
A car is recommended. The two-story house features a private pool (chlorine) measuring 5 x 3 meters and ranging in depth from 0.9 to 1.1 meters.
Here you can start your day with a long breakfast on the terrace.
For sunbathers, there are two sun loungers and a parasol in the garden. The terrace provides access to the fully equipped kitchen, which is open to the air-conditioned living and dining area.
Amenities include a washing machine, fast WiFi, dishwasher, gas hob, and satellite TV. The 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds.
The bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The master bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Additionally, there is another bathroom with a bathtub serving the rest of the house.
