Casa León is a fabulous house in the heart of the sought after village of Pollença. This cosy property is a great jewel to be discovered.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living-dining room with every comfort, attention to detail and exquisite design. From the living room and on the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a patio with jacuzzi and a barbecue. There is a toilet and a laundry room. Heated Jacuzzi for a supplement of 18€/day, minimum 3 consecutive days.
On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin. The twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The icing on the cake is the covered balcony with comfortable seating to enjoy the views of the village and the mountain range.
This is definitely a very solid addition to our portfolio, and certainly not a property one would want to miss.
Air conditioning is included in the 24h rental price
Tourist tax is included in the rates.
