Casa León is a fabulous house in the heart of the coveted town of Pollença.

This cozy property is a great gem to discover. The ground floor consists of a spacious living-dining room with all amenities, attention to detail, and an exquisite design.

From the living room and at the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a patio with a jacuzzi and a barbecue.

There is a guest toilet and a laundry room.

The jacuzzi can be heated for an additional charge of €18/day, with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. (available from October to May) On the first floor, we can find two spacious bedrooms, one double and one with two beds.

The room with two beds has a bathroom with a shower.

The icing on the cake is the covered balcony with comfortable seating to enjoy the views of the town and the mountain range. This is definitely a very solid addition to our portfolio, and certainly not a property one would want to miss. Air conditioning is included in the rental price 24/7. Tourist tax is included in the rates. Important Information In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.

New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no trash should be left on the property.

Guests must remove it, otherwise, a charge of €150 will apply for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
