The apartment is on the third floor with no lift, and on the top floor, our guests can enjoy the communal rooftop terrace with a built-in barbecue, which is shared with the first and second-floor apartments. Thanks to its location, this apartment is also perfect for all those guests who do not wish to rely on a car during their holiday, as facilities of all kinds are practically on their doorstep! Air conditioning available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Information to consider: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left in the property.
Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will apply for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

The room was great and the location was perfect. The only issue was a bad smell coming from or around the bathroom that was on an interior open walkway. So we couldn’t keep the windows open for fresh air and a breeze. Other than that is was perfect for what we needed.
