Spectacular villa in Portocristo with incredible sea views for 8 people.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Villa located in the most exclusive and quiet area of Porto Cristo, situated on the front line by the sea with access to a small rocky cove where you can enjoy crystal-clear waters. 50 meters from the house, we find the Torre de’s Serral dels Falcons, one of the best-preserved watchtowers on the east of the island, dating back to 1,577.
The famous Caves of Drach are located 500 meters from the house; don't hesitate to visit them.
Portocristo beach is less than 1 kilometer away, and the marina is 500 meters away.
In the marina area, you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants.
The beaches of Cala Varques, Cala Mandia, Cala Morlanda, Cala Petita, and Cala Magrana are located 5 minutes from the house.
Other recommended visits in the area include the city of Manacor, with its center full of shops for your shopping needs, or Portocolom, one of the most beautiful ports on the island, ideal for dining at one of its many restaurants.
The markets of Santanyí (Fridays and Saturdays) and Felanitx (Sundays), the monastery of Sant Salvador, Santueri Castle, or the tourist areas of Sa Coma and Cala Millor with their spectacular beaches are other points of interest near the house.

Die Villa Donella ( 360 ) ist traumhaft, tolle Ausstattung in bester Lage mit grandioser Aussicht. Großzügige Räume, insbesondere der Wohn-Essbereich mit Küche, schöne Schlafräume mit genügend Stauraum und eigenem Bad, sowie schöne Terrassen zum relaxen. Tolle Pool-Terrasse mit Liegen und großem Pool.
