Läget och utsikten, lugnt område.
Saknades ett ordentligt räcke i trappan till takterrassen. Lägenheten är i behov av renovering, puts rasar ner från väggarna i sovrummet och lägger sig som mjöl på golvet.
Badrummet är ofräscht med svartmögel i duschen och på spegeln.
Evigt stopp i köksvasken.
