Beautiful fisherman's house for 4 people completely refurbished in the old town of Portocolom.



It is a ground floor for 4 people refurbished in 2015 with all the comforts of a modern house and located in the old town of Portocolom. The house has air conditioning, satellite TV and free wifi internet connection.



On entering the house from the street we find a small living room with a comfortable sofa in front of the TV. We cross the living room and access a large kitchen next to the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker and all the kitchenware you may need. The dining room is equipped with a table for 4 people. Next to the living room there is a double bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. From the dining room we access the main bathroom with shower.



At the back of the house we find a nice interior patio where we can have breakfast, lunch or dinner in the shade of a nice awning that will protect us from the summer sun.



From the patio we access a toilet with shower and the other double bedroom which also has access from the main bathroom. This room overlooks the inner courtyard and has two single beds. From the patio there is also access to the garage, where there is an interior fireplace that serves as a barbecue and a staircase that leads to an upper terrace with views.



This cosy fisherman's house is located in the old quarter of Portocolom, one of the ports that best conserves its traditional character and one of the most popular photographs on the island. Portocolom still preserves the fishermen's huts where they keep their boats and fishing equipment known as "barraques" or "escars". Portocolom has a large number of restaurants of different styles, although fish and seafood restaurants such as Sa Sinia, Ses Portadores, Sa Llotja and the Club Náutico are the most popular.

The beaches of S'Arenal, where there is a popular beach bar frequented by both tourists and residents, and S'Algar, a rocky cove with a small sandy beach with crystal clear waters, are less than 1 kilometre away from the house.

Portocolom is ideal for sports all year round as it has a large number of sporting events in which the international triathlon of Portocolom stands out. Running, cycling, windsurfing, diving, golf (the Vall d'Or golf course is 4 kilometres away), swimming or simply walking are some of the activities that can be done in this beautiful natural harbour.

Some of the visits close to Portocolom are the Monastery of Sant Salvador, the Castle of Santueri, the caves of Porto Cristo or the markets of Felanitx and Santanyí.
