The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Spectacular modern 3-story house located in one of the most exclusive areas of Porto Cristo with beautiful sea views from almost every room.
The house boasts luxury finishes, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, and satellite TV. On the main floor, accessible from the lower floor via the interior or from a beautiful external staircase, you'll find a spacious living room with sea views, equipped with a large sofa facing the television.
The living room has access to two lovely terraces.
The main terrace overlooks Porto Cristo harbor and features the private swimming pool and barbecue, along with a covered area equipped with a table for 8 people, perfect for enjoying breakfast with sea views.
The other terrace, located by the entrance and south-facing, is furnished and also offers wonderful sea views.
Adjacent to the dining room, there is a small half-bath.
The kitchen, next to the dining area, is very spacious and fully equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, pots, paella pans, glasses, plates, and cutlery.
