Villa Rouss is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa situated just a few minutes walk from the centre of Cala'n Porter. This popular urbanisation offers a good variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The famous Cova d'en Xoroi is also nearby and the beautiful fine sandy beach is within walking distance of the villa.

This charming villa has a private swimming pool and a barbecue, perfect for several days of relaxing in the sun and enjoying an unforgettable family holiday. The maximum capacity of the villa is 6 people and it has air conditioning in the bedrooms and free Wifi. Inside there is a large kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, capsule coffee machine, Italian coffee machine and washing machine.

There are 3 double bedrooms, one of them with double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub, the other two double bedrooms with twin beds share a bathroom with shower. The cosy living room is well furnished with tables, chairs, comfortable sofas and TV. It has a large window that gives access to the terrace with pergola, furnished with comfortable armchairs, outdoor tables, chairs and sun loungers for sunbathing and to enjoy a delicious dinner on summer evenings.

This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behaviour of the group during the stay have been verified.
