Typical town house, completely renovated, located within the old town of Alcúdia.
After parking your car very close by, you access the property via a charming, narrow street, about 150 meters long, typical of the town.
Upon arrival, you'll find the house incorporates characteristic local elements, such as exposed stone and thick, cool walls, yet it is a fully renovated, modern, up-to-date, and super comfortable home, as well as being aesthetically very pleasing. It has 3 double bedrooms on the first floor, two with double beds and one with two single beds, all with air conditioning.
Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
There is Wi-Fi and satellite TV. On the ground floor, there are two spacious living areas, connected yet also separated by a beautiful stone arch.
Entering from the street through the main door, you pass through the living room, then the dining room, and then you can access the kitchen or step out into the patio.
There is also a guest toilet for use on the ground floor.
The kitchen is very comfortable and attractive, serving as the house's social hub.
While you cook, others can sit at the island and join you for a good chat, perhaps with a nice glass of wine.
Meanwhile, children can come and go from the patio through the large glass door that connects the two areas.
It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and everything you need to feel at home. The interior patio is our little oasis.
The swimming pool, with a saltwater purification system, measures 5 x 3 meters and is 1.90 meters deep.
There are 4 sun loungers and a large table with chairs for dining while enjoying the sun and Mallorca's good climate. The location is perfect, in the historic center of Alcúdia, its ancient walled city; you can almost imagine how life unfolded here centuries ago.
Within a 5 to 10-minute walk, you can find countless bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, bus and taxi stops, etc.
Every Tuesday and Sunday, there is a lovely market selling local fruit and vegetables, which you can buy directly from the farmer.
Also very close by, within walking distance, you can reach the "Roman City of Pollentia," the ruins of a Roman city dating back to 123 BC.
A must-visit in Alcúdia.
And of course, the wonderful beaches, the mountain trails in the Serra de Tramuntana, the nightlife, the Alcúdia promenade... all about a 10-minute drive away.

We had a magical stay at House Muralles. The location was very convenient to wonderful restaurants and gorgeous beaches. The house is really spacious with lots of storage and it is well equipped. The decor and artwork is gorgeous. The beds are comfy! The hosts respond to queries immediately and are delightful to deal with.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und liegt zentral im Herzen von Alcudia. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
