The property comprises two houses.
The main house has two floors.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with comfortable sofas, a TV, and a fireplace, a dining room with a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (150 x 190 cm), and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The upper floor has a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a bathroom.
For the winter months, central heating is available.
Adjacent to the pool is the guest house, suitable for two people.
It features a living-dining area, a bathroom with a shower, and an upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm).
Located 500m from the historic center of Alcúdia, very close to all amenities, you can walk to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, explore its beautiful streets, the bi-weekly market, the surrounding walls, or the Roman city of Pollentia.
Just about 2.5 km away are the beautiful beaches of Barcarès, San Joan, or Sant Pere, with a total of 8 beaches nearby. - Eco-tax: €2.00 per person (aged 16 and over) per night from May to October and €0.50 per person (aged 16 and over) per night from November to April, payable upon arrival. - Electricity cost: €0.40 per kWh, according to consumption. - Heating cost: €1.1 per liter of diesel, according to consumption. - A deposit of €500 is payable upon arrival.
It will be returned upon departure. - The client is not entitled to a refund once they have arrived at the finca.

Super ruhig und trotzdem zentral zum Zentrum von Alcudia gelegen, sehr schöne Gebäude und hervorragender Pool, angenehmer Umgang mit den Eigentümern, Beschreibung im Internet stimmt voll und ganz
