Our wonderful Villa Vora, is located in the residential area of Siller, in Puerto Pollensa, about 15 minutes walk from the town centre and the beautiful beaches. If you decide to rent a car, you are only 5 minutes away. The villa shares entrance and barrier with Villa Costa, belonging to the same family, but is totally isolated, which makes it ideal for large groups who want to rent two properties.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, with a maximum capacity of 10 people. Two of the bedrooms are double rooms, with a double bed, and the other three contain two single beds each. All rooms have their own air conditioning.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment (fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee machine). The living room is equipped with two sofas, ideal for watching satellite TV. Outside you will find the large swimming pool, with dimensions of 10x5 M, surrounded by a fence, which is very reassuring when you are there with small children. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. When you walk through the large garden, you will also see a stone barbecue, ideal for lunch or dinner with family or friends.


When booking or wishing to book
A breakage deposit is required.

Check-in time is after 16:00.

Check-out time is before 10:00 am.

Changeover day: Saturday in high season (19 May - 22 September).

No parties or events are allowed.

No smoking inside.

Pets are not allowed.

Included in the price: all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels.

The eco-tax is not included in the price and amounts to 2,20€ per person over 16 years old for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 years old do not pay).

Note: In collaboration with local energy saving incentives, all air-conditioning units have a timer and are available for up to 12 hours.
