Beautiful villa with private pool in Son Serra de Marina.
This fantastic house is located in one of the quietest coastal areas of the island of Mallorca, where you can enjoy a wonderful sandy beach without large tourist crowds.
The house has all the amenities such as wifi, air conditioning or satellite TV to make you feel at home. In addition, it has a nice private pool with hammocks and several furnished terraces where you can enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean climate. Son Serra de Marina is coastal urbanization away from tourist crowds.
Its kilometric sandy beach, practically virgin, is one of the best in Mallorca.
There you will also find some restaurants, supermarkets and some services.
In addition, it is only 15 minutes by car from the tourist area of Can Picafort or the town of Artà and its spectacular coves. Air conditioning As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot/cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms and the living room. Das Haus hatte einen wunderschönen Pool mit einer großen sehr schönen Terrasse.
Gastgeber war sehr sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.
Das Haus war altmodisch wodurch die Türen zum Beispiel bei jeder kleinen Bewegung enorm gequietscht haben.
Umliegend sind Baustellen wodurch es in Früh zum Teil laut wurde.
Die Lage war nicht die beste, alle „schönen Strände“ waren ca. 30 min. Mit dem Auto entfernt.
Für alle die gerne am Strand sind und dann den Abend am Pool ausklingen lassen wollen, kann man einen schönen Urlaub haben.

Schöner Aussenbereich und im Dorf kann man fußläufig gut Essen gehen. Betten sehr bequem. Foravila hat sofort auf Anfragen reagiert.TOP!
Küchenausstattung mangelhaft, speziell die Küchengeräte wie Toaster, Kaffeemaschine oder auch die fehlenden Eierbecher, da sollte man sich mit 8 Personen ausreichend Zeit einplanen. Ofen hat gar nicht funktioniert. Toilette im Erdgeschoss war nicht funktionsfähig und wurde dann nach Reklamation am 2...
