Wonderful villa with pool in a mountain area near Alcúdia, in northern Mallorca.
This fantastic and cozy accommodation for 6 people in the area of Alcúdia is an ideal place for a wonderful and quiet holiday, with the added comfort of being only an 8-minute drive from the well-known area of Port d’Alcúdia. It offers beautiful and spacious outdoor areas with a large swimming pool, furnished terraces and a spectacular garden with a wide variety of native plants.
An ideal place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the wonderful weather of the island.
Bear in mind that since this is a mountain area, the drive from the road to the house is not made up. The property consists of three double bedrooms, one of them in a bungalow which also has a private full bathroom.
The main area has a comfortable and functional living-dining room overlooking the terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. The nearest town is Alcúdia, whose old quarter is an idyllically historic place.
Here you can visit the ancient Roman city of Pollentia or stroll along the medieval wall that surrounds the old town.
In addition, every Tuesday and Sunday a large weekly market is held, where you can find a wide variety of local and international products.
Alcúdia town itself is definitely a must, where you can enjoy the many facilities the place offers: restaurants specializing in local and international cuisine, shops, supermarkets, artisan ice-cream shops, clothing stores, bus and taxi services and so on. It is very near the bay of Alcúdia, famous for its long stretches of sandy beach with crystal-clear water.
The bay of Pollença, famous for its sandy and rocky coves and beaches, is also very close. Air conditioning: - As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in two bedrooms and the living room.
In the master room with double bed you will find a ceiling fan. Fees not included in the price: - Tourist tax (mandatory) - Cleaning fee: 150 euros/reservation (mandatory)Notes: - The information of all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport number/id number, date of issue, and nationality) must be provided before the check-in day through our platform. - Upon departure, it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property.
In case of non-compliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.

Die Lager war angenehm .
Die Küchenausrüstung gibt ein trauriges Bild ab.
Die Bilder stellten die Wohnsituation nicht gut dar.
Das Gebäude mit dem dritten Schlafzimmer lag vom Haupthaus 50 Meter entfernt
Man ist vor Ort ( Persönlich ) nicht über notwendige Details informiert worden

Great quite villa in a good location, on a large plot, villa is a little dated and could do with a bit of refurbishment, but had all you need. Good for having older teens.
The little bungalow was great quite space. Be careful on the access road very tight. 10-15 minutes from main areas

Belle maison, beaucoup d’espaces pour manger et se reposer!Le bungalow à été rénové il est magnifique, moderne La maison est vraiment excentrée de la ville et il faut absolument une voiture pour y accéder!Il y avait beaucoup de moustiques mais aussi deux bébés chats qui ont élus domicile ici !
