La ubicación, la comodidad de la cama.
Lo peor sin duda que el baño está al lado de la habitación y desprendía un olor insoportable, no sé si a cañerías o a qué pero muy desagradable. En general el olor del apartamento no era muy agradable.

Appartement très bien placé. Piscine très agréable. Résidence propre. Petite propriété loin de l'empilement des touristes. Gde salle de bain. Hôte très arrangeante qui ns a permis (moyennant finance) d'avoir accès à la location plus tôt car notre bateau arrivait ds la nuit. merci
Manque la climatisation, du coup difficile de dormir. Manque quelques étagères ds la cuisine pour le rangement (des clés, sacs...).
Très déçu, problème d'insonorisation majeur !

Emplacement
- pb d'insorisation : on entend tout ! Pas d'isolation !
- manque d'intimité fenêtre du salon qui donne sur les escaliers
- Plutôt cher pour un appartement qui ne contient pas de TV, de machine laver ni de four
- le mobilier est ancien, la porte d'entrée mérite d'être changé, bcp d'interrupteurs inu...
