Sunbathe on the beach or by the pool of the modern Majorcan villa Can Jaume. The wonderful 3 bedroom villa is situated in a very quiet and charming area, where you can easily walk to the beach and the historic centre of the town with all its restaurants, bars, markets and special atmosphere.
It is a modern one-storey Majorcan house with a large private pool (9 m. x 4 m.), barbecue house, solarium and terrace furniture and chairs for all guests. From the terrace there is access through large windows to the living room with satellite TV and large comfortable sofas. From here there is access to a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences and equipment you may need on your holiday. There are also three bedrooms and a bathroom.
As the whole house has large terraces and garden views it is an ideal holiday accommodation.

The village of Alcudia is only a 5 minute walk away, as well as the beach and the sea.

Short distance to town and beach.
The pool was dirty and not running as it should, not sure if it is because of cost saving, but did not seems like all the pumps were running. Requested pool to be cleaned for several days and on the last day it eventually got cleaned. This is not good enough when you pay a high price for a week.
The place could benefit from a gas grill instead of old fashion coal fired barbecue.

Es hat wieder einmal alles gepasst! Man kann sich dort nur wohlfühlen! Die Lage und der schöne Pool sind einfach einzigartig, ebenso wie die Betreuung durch die Agentur. Einzig ein weiteres WC wäre irgendwann wünschenswert. Gerne jederzeit wieder!
