Experience the magic of Cala Santanyi in the cozy Cal Tio Miquel cottage!
This traditional fisherman's cottage, lovingly renovated into a modern holiday home, offers ideal accommodation for two people with breathtaking views of Cala Santanyi beach.
From every room, a unique panorama of the sea and beach unfolds. Just a stone's throw from the beach: Immerse yourself in the sea right at your doorstep. Enjoy a refreshing swim and relax on the sunny beach. Traditional layout with modern comfort: First floor: A narrow staircase leads to the first floor, where the double bedroom, bathroom with shower, WC, and a small balcony with stunning sea views are located.
Additionally, the bedroom is equipped with air conditioning for comfortable sleep, even on warm summer nights. Second floor: On the second floor, you will find a cozy living and dining area, a balcony, and a new kitchenette. Terrace: An external staircase leads to the terrace with an awning and barbecue, perfect for grilling under the stars. Bonus: On the ground floor, there is a boat garage with two kayaks and life vests in various sizes, which you can borrow free of charge. Let yourself be enchanted by the picturesque seaside surroundings and enjoy an unforgettable holiday at Villa Cal Tio Miquel! Please note that this house is not suitable for families with small children or babies due to its steep stairs and proximity to the sea. Its prime location, directly facing the beach, offers stunning sea views and immediate beach access, ideal for guests wishing to immerse themselves in the vibrant coastal atmosphere. We recommend this property for two adults seeking an exclusive seaside experience. Thank you for your understanding. The accommodation is not suitable for babies.

Fabulous location

A fabulous location! The cottage was well equipped with goodies on arrival. I would say not suitable for young children or elderly people with any mobility issues. Cala Santanyí out of season is very quiet and no shops to buy supplies so make sure you grab some on your way. Would recommend Cafe Drac for food.
Perfect......again!!
