This beautiful, renovated country house is located in an idyllic spot on the edge of Cala Figuera, combining Mallorcan charm with modern comfort.
On the generous 5,000 m² plot, you'll find the main house and a separate outbuilding, ideal for families or friendly couples who value privacy.
In the main house, on the ground floor, a light-flooded living area of approx. 50 m² awaits you with an adjoining spacious dining area, the perfect place for social evenings.
A high-quality billiard table ensures additional entertainment, delighting young and old alike and enriching your stay with a special touch of leisure.
Also on the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen with a pantry, a very large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (jacuzzi), as well as two additional double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The upper floor, accessed via an external staircase, offers two further double bedrooms, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower.
The outbuilding, located about 30 meters away, has its own living-dining area with a kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower, making it ideal as a separate retreat.
All bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets, so you can sleep peacefully and undisturbed even with the windows open.
Upon request, up to two cots are available free of charge for children up to two years old.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped and invite you to enjoy and relax.
The exterior is very pretty and invites you to enjoy and relax.
There is a fish pond, and from the pool or the outdoor jacuzzi (which can only be heated at certain times), you have a splendid view of the beautiful garden with plants, palm trees, and a pétanque court.
The pool area offers plenty of space to soak up the sun and cool off in the pool afterwards.
The brick barbecue area is conveniently covered and located right next to the covered terrace, shaded by a sun sail.
These two terraces are equipped with two dining tables and a total of 14 chairs, so you can comfortably sit outside and enjoy your meals.
The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is only 2 km from the house, the town of Santanyí is about 3 km away, and the picturesque coastal town of Cala Figuera is just 1.5 km away.
There you can take a wonderful stroll along the promenade and dine in one of the restaurants.
In Santanyí, you will find numerous shops, as well as ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars, and the popular weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday.
Cala d'Or, with its white houses in the Ibizan style and its lively atmosphere, is also worth a visit.
Absolutely recommendable is also the spectacular kilometer-long white sandy beach Es Trenc, also easily accessible by car, or perhaps a visit to the stalactite caves "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo.
Other sandy beaches in the area include S'Amarador, Cala Mondragó, and Cala Llombards.

Die Finca ist ideal für eine Familie oder eine kleine Firma. Der rustikale, Mallorkinische Stil kombiniert mit modernen Geräte wie Whirlpool und Küche machen den Aufenthalt entspannt und gemütlich.
Weiterhin war die Finca Katzenfrei.
Mit dem Fernseher hatten wir Probleme.
Weiterhin wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel hilfreich.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, Zimmer und Ausstattung sehr gut, Ansprechpartner haben jederzeit schnell reagiert. Fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben.
Die Sonnenliegen am Pool könnten vielleicht durch neue ersetzt werden
