This completely renovated rural house is situated very close to Cala Figuera. It is comfortably furnished and well equipped. On the plot of 5.000 m2 are the main house and an additional casita.



On the ground floor of the main house there is a living room of about 50 m2 and a spacious dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, a very large master bedroom with bathroom en suite (Jacuzzi), two further double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. An external staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.



About 30 metres from the main house there is a small house with living-dining room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.



All the windows of the bedrooms have mosquito nets so that you can sleep peacefully even with the windows open. Up to two cots for children up to two years old are available free of charge. On request.



The outside is very beautiful and invites you to enjoy and relax. There is a fish pond and from the pool or the outdoor jacuzzi (can only be heated at certain times) you have a wonderful view of the beautiful garden with plants, palm trees and a petanque court. Around the pool there is plenty of space for sunbathing. The barbecue is covered and is located next to the covered terrace and the terrace with sail. The terraces are furnished with two tables and 14 chairs to spend time outside and enjoy meals in company.



The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is only 2 km from the house, the town of Santanyí about 3 km away and the picturesque coastal village of Cala Figuera only 1.5 km. There you can take a wonderful walk along the harbour promenade and eat in one of the restaurants. There are numerous shops in Santanyí, as well as ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars, two large supermarkets and every Wednesday and Saturday the popular weekly market. Cala d'Or is also worth a visit, with its white houses in Ibicenco style and many entertainment possibilities. Absolutely recommendable is also the long white sandy beach Es Trenc, also easily accessible by car or perhaps a visit to the "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo. Other sandy beaches in the area are S'Amarador, Cala Mondragó and Cala Llombards.
