This beautiful stone-clad finca is located on the edge of Sa Torre Nova, an exclusive residential area of Cala Santanyí, overlooking an idyllic bay with a fine sandy beach.
The rustic house is situated away from the road on a plot of approximately 5,000 square meters, completely enclosed by natural stone walls, and just a few minutes' walk from Cala Santanyí beach.
On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, and a combi fridge, and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
The first floor features two further double bedrooms, each with access to the covered terrace and private bathroom; one of them with a bathtub and shower.
All bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito screens, allowing for peaceful sleep even with the windows open.
From the covered terrace on the first floor, you can see pine forests, villas, and even the sea.
The living room on the ground floor opens onto the large covered terrace overlooking the pool and the beautiful garden with palm trees, some olive trees, and mature trees.
The brick barbecue is conveniently located next to the terrace.
Around the pool, there are terraces with ample space for sun loungers and a lovely stone-clad outdoor shower.
Just one kilometer away is the picturesque fishing village of Cala Figuera.
Santanyí is also only about 4 kilometers away.
There you will find everything for your daily needs, as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars with live music, and the popular weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Worth visiting, for example, is the Santuari de Sant Salvador Monastery in Felanitx, perched on a 509m high mountain, offering a fantastic panoramic view of the island, or perhaps the bustling Sunday market in Felanitx.
Mondragó Natural Park is nearby and offers access to two beaches, Cala Mondragó and S'Amarador.

Wie immer bei drac ausgezeichneter Service bei der Betreuung durch Romy und Dagmar defekter Fernseher wurde umgehend ausgetauscht.
Insgesamt war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Besonders gefallen hat uns die absolute Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit, aber auch die Nähe zur Küste und zu Cala Figuera.

Die Finca ist klein, aber urgemütlich. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Dass man sowohl den schönen Hafen als auch die Badebucht zu Fuß erreichen kann, ist super. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und die Nähe zur Straße bemerkt man kaum.
Die Betreuung und Hilfsbereitschaft von Romy und Dagmar möchten wir besonders hervorheben. Die machen einen tollen Job!

Die Finca ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vor allem die Lage etwas abseits trägt herrlich zur Entspannung bei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
