This beautiful stone-clad finca is located on the edge of Sa Torre Nova, an exclusive residential area of Cala Santanyí, overlooking an idyllic bay with a fine sandy beach.
The rustic house is situated away from the road on a plot of approximately 5,000 square meters, completely enclosed by natural stone walls, and just a few minutes' walk from Cala Santanyí beach. On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and a fridge-freezer combination, and a double bedroom with a shower room.
On the first floor, there are two more double bedrooms, each with access to the covered terrace and a private bathroom; one of them with a bathtub and shower.
All bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito screens, so you can sleep peacefully even with the windows open.

- ruhige, etwas abgelegene Lage des Rustica, jedoch gleichwohl sehr nahe an gesamter Infrastruktur (Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, Strände usw.)

Der Pool ist echt toll. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön groß. Der Balkon oben ist sehr gut.
Oben ist in den Duschen der Druck gering und es dauert manchmal bis das Wasser warm wird.

Der Aufenthalt in der Finca war sehr schön, die Ausstattung ist liebevoll gewählt und alles ist super gepflegt.Auch der Besuch in der Agentur in Santani war sehr interessant wie auch empfehlenswert.Super nettes und freundliches Personal, der nächste Aufenthalt wird wieder über diese Agentur gebucht. hilfsbereit
