Agroturismo Cal Tio, with its communal pool, is a very peaceful and secluded spot, surrounded by nature, animals, and a small vegetable garden.
It is ideal for 2 adults.
Costitx is located in the center of Mallorca and is known as a family-friendly and rural destination.
Every Wednesday, the Sineu market takes place just a few kilometers from Costitx.
Supermarkets, gas stations, and shops can be found in the towns of Inca and Manacor.
The northern beaches, including Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, and Puerto de Alcúdia, are approximately a half-hour drive away.
A car is necessary. The agroturismo consists of four double accommodation units that share the pool (size: 10 x 5 meters, maximum depth 1.60 meters), the barbecue, and the terrace area with sun loungers and umbrellas.
The pool has a shallow end measuring 2 x 5 meters with a depth of 30 cm.
On the apartment's terrace, there is a table and chairs for enjoying a leisurely breakfast.
Each accommodation unit has a terrace that provides access to the living-dining room with a sofa, air conditioning, central ducted heating, and satellite television.
Next is the kitchen with a dining area and very complete equipment, including a ceramic hob.
The bedroom has a double bed.
The en-suite bathroom of this room has a shower.
If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot or crib and a high chair, as well as a baby bath, some toys, and children's tableware. The property offers communal use of the following items (in a communal cupboard): - Beach umbrellas - Clothes iron - Various games - Blender - Shopping bags - Laundry detergent Optionally, Cal Tio also offers breakfast to its guests – please request it on-site.
AG/366 Important: There is a tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is €2.20 per night per person in high season and €0.55 per night per person in low season.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half.
As required by law, we must request copies of the identity documents or passports of all guests over 14 years of age.
