The apartment is located in front of the beach in a building with elevator. It enjoys an excellent location in the center of Can Picafort, very close to stores, bars, restaurants of all kinds and just a few meters from the beach.

It is a cozy and functional apartment for 4 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms (1 triple and 1 double), 1 complete and renovated bathroom, a living-dining room with TV, DVD and 1 sofa-bed. The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances to help you with household chores during your stay.
But what will certainly not leave you indifferent of this accommodation is its location in front of the sea. Its exteriors open to the bay of Alcúdia in all its fullness. From there you will be able to contemplate the intense turquoise blue that colors its waters, speckled by the wake of the boats when sailing; the majestic mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana and the Serra de Llevant; the Port of Alcúdia, Son Serra de Marina and the Colonia de Sant Pere. Meanwhile, at their feet, bathers sunbathe on the golden sand and some passers-by stroll along the promenade, relaxed, or take an ice cream in one of the colorful terraces of its bars.

The area
Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist resorts in Mallorca. Its beaches, awarded with the blue flag of the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education) extend along almost 9 kilometers of coast, are of fine white sand and are equipped with all the services. The offer for leisure is extensive, with numerous bars, restaurants, discotheques, sports, etc. and with all the facilities: supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center, municipal swimming pool. From this town you can reach any point of the island. The Parc Natural de s'Albufera is just a few kilometers away by bicycle, as is the Parc de la finca pública de Son Real (a unique natural site full of archaeological sites), which can be reached by walking, cycling or horseback riding along the coast.
A bus line connects Can Picafort with Puerto de Alcúdia, the walled Roman city of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença, Pollença, Inca and Palma, the capital.
