Can Christin is a detached house in a central but quiet location in the heart of Cala Ratjada with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one of which is en suite. House, plot and pool are of course available for sole use. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining table for four and a cozy living room with satellite TV, fireplace and another bright dining area. The house also has air conditioning and heating. The house is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool / beach. Cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. The generously proportioned courtyard with the covered terrace and the pool with Roman steps form a wonderful oasis in the middle of Cala Ratjada. Whether peace and quiet at the house or on the nearby beach, lively cafes, bars and restaurants - in this lively and popular resort a diverse range is guaranteed.


A fifth person with an extra bed (folding bed 190x80cm) is charged at 20.00 euros / night.


A deposit of 200,00 Euro must be paid in cash. The refund will be made after acceptance of the house by the owner on the day of your departure.


The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.


The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to organise loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb the neighbours. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organised events).
