Although the house is for 6 people only, you can choose from 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds.
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the other two are on the first floor.
Additionally, there are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower and hairdryer, and the second on the first floor with a bathtub.
A washing machine, cot, and high chair are available upon request. Please note: Electricity costs 0.30 Eur per additional kW (not included in the price and payable directly to the owner upon departure). There is a tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called the Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa and the electricity supplement will be charged before arrival via a secure Visa/MasterCard payment link.
