Charming Finca for 2-6 guests in Selva, Sierra de Tramuntana, with private pool, terrace, Wifi and air conditioning.



The house is located on the outskirts of the village Selva, one of the most beautiful and picturesque places in Spain. In the village there is a small supermarket, good restaurants and bars. The surrounding area is a real paradise for hiking and trekking. In 15-20 minutes by car you reach the monastery of Lluc, the caves of Campanet and Binissalem, famous for its wine cellars. In 10 minutes driving you reach Inca, a town with supermarkets, restaurants, hospital, petrol stations and many services. A car is necessary.



The finca stands out for its quiet location, the beautiful views and the private chlorine pool of 40 m2 and a depth between 0.6 and 1.7 metres. All around, there is a furnished terrace with sunbeds, garden chairs, table tennis and parasol. Then there is the furnished porch and on the other side the barbecue area for large evenings. The porch gives access to the well equipped kitchen, including a ceramic hob and dishwasher. Our guests can choose between 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1,35 meters, wardrobe and fan and a bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.5 metres and the other with 2 single beds; these two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The living room has comfortable sofas and a satellite TV. The bedrooms on the first floor have spectacular views over the mountains. The equipment of the house includes Wifi, a washing machine, an iron/ironing board and a cot/ high chair on request.




Please note:



If you would like air conditioning it costs 15 Eur per night and is payable directly on site to the owner. If you do not want air conditioning, it is not charged.



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest over 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved during high season. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
