Located in Puerto de Andratx, this beautiful villa with a private pool and sea views invites 8 guests to spend their holidays between the sea and the mountains. 950 meters from the rocky beach and 5.8 km from the sandy beach in Camp de Mar, this villa is situated in Puerto de Andratx.
The Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, just a few kilometers away, is ideal for cycling and hiking; a visit to the villages of Galilea, Banyalbufar, and Sóller is recommended.
Cala Llamp and the Gran Folies Beach Club are 3.5 km away, while the Santa Ponça golf course is 18 km away.
There are supermarkets, restaurants, and shops nearby, and families can spend a day at Katmandu Park and Western Park.
A car is not necessary as you will find all essential services nearby.
During the hot summer days, our guests enjoy the private saltwater pool (size: 9 x 3 meters and depth 1.1 to 2.1 meters) and several terraces with 8 sun loungers and 4 umbrellas.
The furnished porch with a built-in barbecue overlooks the pool, and there is an outdoor shower as well as an outdoor toilet with a shower in the garage to rinse off sand after coming from the beach.
The first-floor terrace offers spectacular views of the sea, mountains, and the boats of Port d’Andratx.
Upon entering, there is a living-dining room with a television, piano, and sofas.
The kitchen is well-equipped, including a dining table, induction hob, and dishwasher.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Going up the stairs, we find 4 more bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with 2 single beds, and the remaining two bedrooms with 1 single bed and a desk each.
Please note that there is air conditioning in the living room, reading room, and double bedrooms; additionally, all bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
One bedroom comes with a television.
On the first floor, there are two more bathrooms, one with a shower and bidet, and the second with a bathtub.
A laundry room including a dryer, washing machine, and iron/ironing board, free Wi-Fi, and a cot/high chair upon request complete the amenities of this beautiful house.
Please note: Every Saturday morning, our staff will carry out pool and garden maintenance; they will need access to the outdoor area but will not disturb you.
On the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is EUR 2.2 per night per person in high season and EUR 0.55 per night per person in low season.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a secure payment link with a Visa/MasterCard.
This payment is mandatory.
Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age.

Such a lovely house with lots of space to accommodate everyone! Feel like there’s space for even more if there were some camp beds. Beaut pool and bbq area. Lovely for some big dinners. Slightly longer walk to the port then mentioned but if you have a car v speedy, plus cabs are easy to come by from...
