Just 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach in Can Picafort, this modern house offers a second home for 6 people.



Can Picafort, in the north of Mallorca, is an ideal place for family holidays. In the village there are many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The beaches in the north, including Playa de Muro, Capellans and Puerto de Alcúdia are all fine sandy. The children of the family enjoy the playgrounds and the water park Hidropark in Puerto de Alcudia.



The villa is centrally located, 130 metres from the beach and close to all amenities. The large terrace gives access to the living-dining room with open plan kitchen, equipped with induction hob, dishwasher and much more. The master bedroom comes with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. There are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a washing machine, iron/ironing board, Wifi and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms complete the equipment. A cot and high chair are available on request.




Please note:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
