Only a few metres from the sea this flat with terrace and natural light in Can Picafort is ideal for 7 guests who wish to spend a holiday season in the comfort of their own home.



Can Picafort, situated in the north of the island of Mallorca, is famous for its fine white sandy beaches. With restaurants, bars and street markets all around the village, there will be no room for tiredness. Not only the adults enjoy themselves, but also the youngest members of the family with playgrounds along the promenade, as well as the attractions of the water park a few kilometres away in Puerto de Alcudia.



The flat has a terrace at the main entrance, overlooking one of the quietest streets in the village, where you can enjoy an evening with the family, having an exquisite dinner with fresh seafood and a glass of sparkling wine. Behind the glass and wooden door is the living room with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and Wifi. The spacious and beautiful dining room next to the open kitchen, where you can prepare delicious dishes to share with the family, is equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher and much more. A door in the dining room leads to a staircase to the solarium where you can not only enjoy the sun and the sea breeze sitting on the garden furniture, but where you can prepare a delicious barbecue. Inside, after climbing a few steps, you will find 4 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and wardrobe. Two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and the fourth with 1 single bed. A bathroom with bathtub next to the bedrooms and a toilet complete the equipment. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, and two air conditioning units, one in the living room, and one in the corridor adjoining the bedrooms are available. A cot and high chair are also provided.




Please note:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.



Important: as required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.




Parties/events are not accepted.



The deposit of 300 Eur will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
