Just a few meters from the sea, this apartment with a terrace and natural light in Can Picafort is ideal for 7 guests who wish to spend a vacation season in the comfort of their own home.
Can Picafort, located in the north of the island of Mallorca, is famous for its fine white sand beaches.
With restaurants, bars, and markets around the town, there will be no room for boredom.
Not only adults enjoy themselves, but also the little ones of the house, with parks along the promenade, as well as water park attractions a few kilometers away in the Port of Alcudia. The apartment has a terrace at the main entrance, with views of one of the quietest streets in town, where you can enjoy a family evening, having an exquisite dinner with fresh seafood and a glass of sparkling wine.
Beyond the glass and wooden door, you'll find the living room with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.
The spacious and beautiful dining room next to the open-plan kitchen, where you can prepare delicious dishes to share with the family, is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, and much more.
A door in the dining room leads to stairs to the solarium where you will not only enjoy the sun and the sea breeze sitting on the garden furniture, but where you can prepare a delicious barbecue.
Inside, after a few steps, you will find 4 bedrooms: the first with a double bed and wardrobe.
Two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and the fourth with 1 single bed.
A bathroom with a bathtub is located near the bedrooms, and a guest toilet completes the facilities.
A washing machine, iron, ironing board, and an air conditioning unit in the living room are provided.
A crib and high chair are also offered. Please note: In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is EUR 2.2 per night per person in high season and EUR 0.55 per night per person in low season.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a secure payment link using a Visa / MasterCard.
This payment is mandatory. Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the DNI or passports of all guests over 14 years old.
This information will be sent by email. No parties/events are allowed. The deposit of 300 EUR will be held via credit card, and the client will have to provide their details through a secure payment link.
It will be returned within 7 days after departure. IMPORTANT Our office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. 24h emergency (calls only - opt 2)

Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich. Ruhige Lage. Parkplätze sind genug da.
Ca. 300 Meter bis zum Meer.
Einige Matrazen müssen gewechselt werden. Die Betten quitschen. Badewanne in die Jahre gekommen. TV funktioniert nicht.

Die Ferienwohnung war relativ sauber, auch wenn wir einen Staubsauger und Reinigungsutensilien vermisst haben. Es gab leider nur einen Besen und ein Kehrblech. Die Teller, Gläser und Tassen sind für 5 Personen ok gewesen, wir mussten allerdings täglich die fast leere Spülmaschine laufen lassen, da s...
