Experience the authentic Mediterranean flavor in this charming house with a garden and terrace, suitable for 2-4 guests in Son Serra de Marina, Northern Mallorca.
The two-story house features sun loungers, a living-dining area with a television, a kitchen equipped with a stove, two bathrooms with showers, a crib/high chair, and 2 bedrooms.
Two bedrooms have a double bed each, and one has a single bed.
Additionally, there is another room with a single bed.
Son Serra de Marina is a very tranquil location, even in summer, with a natural beach and rocky coves, a few restaurants, and a grocery store.
The nearest town, Can Picafort, offers more services such as supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.
A car is recommended and can be parked either in the garage (1 space) or on the street free of charge.
We provide one beach towel per person.

There is a tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, known as the Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is €2.20 per night per person during high season and €0.55 per night per person during low season.
During high season, from the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa is paid on-site.
IMPORTANT Our office hours are Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Emergencies are available 24 hours (calls only, option 2).

die umgebung ist sehr schön,man kommt überall schnell hin,aber man muss mobil sein
wir hatten das pech,das gerade nebenan umgebaut wurde,sehr viel lärm und staub,die strasse wurde aufgestemmt,mit sehr viel lärm,wenn alles fertig ist,dann ist es ok.
