Located in Palma de Mallorca, 400 meters from Cala Major beach, this villa with a private pool offers ample space for 7 people.
Ideal for a city and beach holiday, it is 5.5 km from the trendy neighborhood of Santa Catalina. The villa is in a very nice area, between the city and the sea. Restaurants and bars are close to the house; you can also walk to the beach and the bus station.
The Son Vida golf course is 4 km away, while the Palma Yacht Club is 6 km from the house.
The island's capital offers many leisure, cultural, and dining options.
The Santa Catalina neighborhood is famous for its market, where you can enjoy good tapas before heading to the bars for an evening out. In the Sant Jaume and Santa Catalina neighborhoods, there are many museums and art galleries.
For nightlife, you can go to the Paseo Marítimo with its nightclubs and bars, including the famous Garito Café or Tito’s. The Porto Pi shopping center with shops and supermarkets is 3 km from the house.

Genug Platz für 7 Leute, der Pool war vor allem für die Kinder das highlight. die Terrassen bieten einen tollen Ausblick und die Lage ist wirklich gut.
Vieles abgewohnt und alt. Betten teilweise kaputt, viele Ameisen überall. Pooltreppe rostig und wackelig, Küchengeräte alt und schmutzig, schmutzige Fenster, Türen verzogen und schließen nicht, Badezimmerarmaturen teils kaputt....

Vi likte at huset lå så sentralt og nærme sjøen.
Vi ble dessverre veldig skuffet over huset. Bildene i annonsen må være tatt for mange år siden, for standarden på huset var langt fra slik det som fremstod på nettet. Alt var veldig slitt, og flere ting fungerte ikke som det skulle.
Dørene gikk ikke an å lukke ordentlig, og det ene toalettet og dusj...

The location was fine only a five minute walk to the seafront. Nice beach and a good selection of bars and restaurants.
This property is in need of a major face-lift. Although reasonably clean the whole place is old and tired, doors didn't close properly paint flaking off everywhere one shower didn't work at all whilst the other had a broken slide rail!!
