This house is located 1.5 km from Binissalem, famous for its Mallorcan wine production.
In the surrounding area, you'll find many wineries, and in the village, there are supermarkets, a gas station, and restaurants.
Palma de Mallorca, the island's capital, is a 20-25 minute drive away, where you can visit the La Seu Cathedral, Bellver Castle, and the picturesque old town.
The northern beaches, including Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, are 30 km away, featuring fine sand and shallow waters.
Alaró, the starting point for the Castell d’Alaró hiking trail, is a 10-minute drive away.
The Sierra de Tramuntana hides many cultural treasures such as Valldemossa, Sóller, and the cove of La Calobra. The single-story finca features an elevated chlorine pool measuring 1.5 m² with a depth of 1.8 meters.
After a refreshing dip, you can spread out your towel in the garden or choose one of the 4 sun loungers to sunbathe.

Next is the well-equipped kitchen with gas hobs, a microwave, full kitchenware, Italian and capsule coffee makers, an electric orange juicer, a Nespresso machine, a sandwich maker, a water heater, and a dishwasher.
Three bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes invite you to dream, two of them with large beds of 1.5 meters and one with a 1.35-meter bed.
A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine, an iron/ironing board, fans, 1 bicycle with a helmet, a baby bathtub, and a crib/high chair upon request complete the amenities. Please note: Groups of young people under 27 years are not accepted, except for families with children.
If you book and are under 27 years old, a special deposit of 1500 EUR is required.
The fireplace cannot be used. On the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid by every guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person during high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person during low season.
From the ninth night onwards, during high season, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a secure payment link with Visa/MasterCard.
This payment is mandatory. Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the national ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years old.
