The equipment includes a washing machine, bathroom with shower, free Wifi, a fan and a cot on request. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed invite you to relax.



In Can Picafort you will find many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and petrol stations. You can easily move around on foot or by bicycle. The rocky beach is in front of the building and the sandy beach Son Bauló is 1 km away. The next golf course is in Alcanda, 17 km from the accommodation.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved. Payment is to be made in cash on the day of arrival.



As required by law, we will ask for copies of your ID card or passport before entry. Normally, this information is sent by email, at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival.
