Situated just a few metres from the sandy beach, Ca Na Ferrera is a flat for 4 guests in Can Picafort.
The flat is located close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the promenade with ice cream parlours and playgrounds. The beach of Can Picafort is ideal for families with children and you can walk to Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcudia. The flea market takes place every Friday in Can Picafort and Tuesdays and Sundays in Alcúdia. The next golf course is in Alcanada. A visit to Cap de Formentor and the old town of Pollença is recommended. A car is not necessary as you will find all essential services nearby.
The terrace of the flat is perfect for dining under the starry sky or sunbathing during the day on one of the two sun beds. The living-dining room with TV and air conditioning is open to the kitchen, equipped with gas hob, fridge-freezer, Italian coffee machine, dishwasher and much more. There is a choice of two bedrooms with windows to the outside, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There are two bathrooms, with bath or shower. A washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the equipment.

The deposit will be held by credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
Important: as required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.

La tranquilidad de diciembre en esta zona.
Había algunas mantas guardadas en los armarios que estaban sucias y no se podían usar para taparse de noche.
La casa era algo fria.

Die Lage ist toll. Fußläufig zum Strand, zu Bars, Geschäften. Die Terrasse ist schön. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Das Kinderzimmer hat kein Fenster und die Betten sind etwas klein für lange Teenager. Aber es geht mit etwas Improvisieren. Ein paar mehr Tassen wären schön. Und die Beschreibung des Schlüsselkastens könnte etwas ausführlicher sein.

Die Ferienwohnung war insgesamt akzeptabel und erfüllte ihren Zweck, wies jedoch mehrere Mängel auf. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass nach dem Aufenthalt ein bereits vorhandener Schaden fälschlicherweise uns angelastet und von der Kaution abgezogen wurde. Leider kein transparenter oder fairer Umgang seitens der Vermietung.
