A car is not necessary as you will find all essential services nearby.
The apartment's terrace is perfect for dining under the starry sky or sunbathing during the day in one of the two hammocks.
The living-dining room with television and air conditioning opens onto the kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, fridge-freezer, Italian coffee maker, dishwasher, and much more.
You can choose between two bedrooms with exterior windows, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.
There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
A washing machine, iron, and ironing board complete the amenities.
Please note: The security deposit will be held via credit card, and the client will have to provide their details through a secure payment link.
It will be refunded within 7 days after departure.
In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is €2.20 per night per person in high season and €0.55 per night per person in low season.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link.

Leider haben wir kein gründlich geputztes Bad vorgefunden, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben nach abgestandener Wäsche gerochen, sodass wir selbst nochmal alles durchgewaschen haben. Die Wohnung ist per se nett eingerichtet, Bad und Küche sind aber schon deutlich abgewohnt.
Die Terrasse ist großräumig und bietet genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten.
