Waking up to the sound of waves becomes a reality in this spectacular apartment with Mediterranean views.
With direct access to the sea, it is ideal for 4 guests who want to enjoy a peaceful holiday in Son Serra de Marina, in the north of Mallorca.
Starting the day in the best way, with breakfast on the terrace with unobstructed sea and mountain views, followed by a refreshing dip – this could be your everyday life in this apartment.
In Son Serra de Marina, you will find a small supermarket, a beach bar, a sandy beach, and some good restaurants.
Along the coast, you can take long walks, exploring pristine coves until you reach the town of Can Picafort.
There you will find larger supermarkets, more restaurants, and services.
If you like sports, at Rancho Grande you can go horseback riding and enjoy excursions on the beach.
Further east are the picturesque villages of Artà and Capdepera; the latter is famous for its castle and the medieval fair, which takes place in May.
In the afternoon, you can end the day with a delicious barbecue with your loved ones.
The single-story apartment is decorated in a Mediterranean style and has large windows overlooking the sea.
The air-conditioned living-dining room is the perfect place for great evenings.
The kitchen offers good equipment to prepare your breakfasts and favorite dishes, including an oven, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, and toaster, among other things.
You can choose from 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with 2 single beds, and the last one with a pull-out bed, ideal for 2 children.
The bedroom with a double bed has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
Additionally, there is another bathroom with a bathtub.
WIFI and electric radiators are available.
If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair upon request.
Please note: In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is EUR 2.20 per night per person in high season and EUR 0.55 per night per person in low season.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.
Payment is made in cash on the day of arrival.
Important: as required by law, we must ask for copies of the IDs or passports of all guests over 16 years of age.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Die Sandstrände kann man zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Auch für Wanderungen hat das Haus eine gute Ausgangslage. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir kamen erst in der Nacht an und man hatte uns schon das Außenlicht angema...
