In this spectacular villa with a private pool, 8 guests can enjoy Mediterranean views in the south of Mallorca, in Badia Gran.
The villa is located in a dream setting, a 20-minute drive from Palma de Mallorca.
The capital is famous for its wide range of culture and leisure activities, the La Seu Cathedral, and trendy neighborhoods like Santa Catalina.
Badia Gran is a quiet residential area with a pharmacy, a small supermarket, and a few restaurants, such as the Bahía Beach Club.
Badia Gran beach is rocky, but there are many sandy beaches about 10-15 km away, like S’Arenal, Cala Blava, or Can Pastilla.
Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, and Arenal de Sa Ràpita are natural beaches located 40 minutes away by car. The nearest golf courses are Son Gual or Puntiró. Supermarkets and more services can be found in Llucmajor and Campos. There is nothing better than waking up to the first rays of sun and enjoying a dip in the salt-water infinity pool with direct sea views.
The salt-water pool measures 10 x 5 meters and has a depth of 1 to 2 meters.
It is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and a parasol for the perfect tan. The porch overlooks the pool and the Mediterranean Sea and is the perfect spot for an al fresco meal or a barbecue with grilled meats and vegetables.
On the front side, there is a second terrace with a table and chairs, so you will always find your favorite spot.
After the beach, you can rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower. In the living-dining room, you can dine with sea and pool views or take a nap on the sofa.
The house offers satellite TV, air conditioning in the living room and four bedrooms, WIFI, a DVD player, and central heating for the winter.
The kitchen overlooks the dining area and is well-equipped, including a gas hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and much more.
On the ground floor, choose between two bedrooms with a single bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
Please note that one of these downstairs bedrooms does not have air conditioning and is a walk-through room.
On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and bidet.
The fourth bedroom has a pull-out bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the fifth room comes with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron, ironing board, dryer, and vacuum cleaner.
We can prepare a crib and a high chair for our youngest guests.
Parking is available on the property. IMPORTANT NOTICE: NOISE OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY IS PROHIBITED It is not permitted to make noise outside the property, including loud music, shouting, parties, or any activity that may disturb the neighbors. If complaints are received from the neighborhood or if the Police intervene due to noise, fines and/or financial penalties will be applied, which may be deducted from the security deposit. We thank you for respecting the tranquility of the area and the rules of coexistence. Please note: ETV/7581 Groups of young people under 27 years of age are not accepted, except for families with children. The house has an alarm system with security cameras. (they do not record and are switched off during the guests' stay) There is a tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest over 14 years of age. The amount is €2.2 per night per person in high season and €0.55 per night per person in low season.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a Visa/MasterCard with a secure payment link.

Sehr schönes Haus, die Lage und der Blick sind traumhaft. Der Zustand des Hauses ist insgesamt gehoben, sauber und gut, die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind nicht modern aber ausreichend, das Mobiliar insgesamt in einem guten Zustand. Der Wasserdruck ist sehr niedrig, was beim duschen stört. Mängel wurden sehr schnell behoben, die Kommunikation war sehr gut und freundlich.

Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht , es hat an nichts gefehlt.Der Pool war sehr schön. Außenbereich war sehr schön.Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe.Haus ist etwas hellhörig.Toller Blick auf das Meer. Ruhige Lage. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit.
