It has air-conditioning in living-dining room and extra fans in the bedrooms. For your alfresco nights there is a barbeque on one of the outside patios, surrounded by colourful bougainvillea flowers. Satellite TV with free channels (German and English) and free wifi.

Parking space at the house Son Serra de Marina is a very special part of Mallorca, there are no big hotels because it is a protected area.

It has a beautiful natural sandy beach which is part of the protected natural park with crystalline clear waters to enjoy swimming. It will takes you less than 2 minutes to enjoy this special sandy beach, Start the morning with a walk along the sand listening to the sound of the sea and of course, take the first dip of the day. In the area you will find a few great restaurants and cafes, as well as the typical Spanish tapas bar.

The supermarket is conveniently located a short distance from the villa. Many beaches and Calas are close by like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Alcudia and Cala Ratjada. You will be able to practice paddle surf; you can rent a board or kayak, and depending on the weather it is also a top spot for surfing and windsurfing. A 10 minutes' drive takes you to Can Picafort where you'll find leisure, nightlife, shopping facilities and much more. From Palma de Mallorca airport, it’s around 50-60 minutes’ drive by car.
