This lovely villa surrounded by pine trees will delight anyone looking for a place of rest and relaxation, due to its tranquil location, its pool with 12 respective loungers for hot summer days, and its modern fireplace for winter days.

It will only take 15 minutes by car to reach the villa from the airport.
The villa has a garage within the same building.
Located in the luxurious and charming port of Portals Nous, which is only 1 km away, it is also the ideal place to enjoy some of the island's most luxurious shops.
This internationally renowned port will enchant you.
We recommend enjoying the spectacular Bendinat Golf course, which is only 1 km away.
Just a few minutes' walk will take you to bars, shops, and restaurants.

All basic amenities are available: Internet access (WiFi), alarm, television, radio, hairdryer, iron, heat pump heating, air conditioning, 3 fans, 5 electric mosquito repellent devices, washing machine, dryer.
The separate gas kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer. Booking Conditions: - Guests must pay a deposit before arrival of €500.00, which will be refunded after departure. - Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night to be paid in cash upon arrival. *** HOUSE RULES *** - Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
If you wish, you can smoke outdoors and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground. - Maintain order and cleanliness at all times. - You will be responsible for the garbage generated during your stay.
Please separate the trash into the corresponding bins and place it in the designated area. - Use the air conditioning and/or heating responsibly.
Turn them off when you are not at home or when they are not needed.

Het huis was op een mooie locatie waarbij winkels, restaurant, supermarkt en strand op loopafstand waren. Genoeg badkamers en slaapplaatsen. Airco deed het goed in alle kamers
Het huis was niet schoon. We waren met 10 personen maar te weinig glazen, pannen. Zwembad was niet schoon inclusief de tuin. Kregen het idee dat het huis niet goed onderhouden werd. We waren er maar een weekend, waarbij een dag later pas het zwembad schoon werd gemaakt (die was al een hele tijd niet...

We stayed as a family of 10 to celebrate a special birthday. The villa was large and spacious and perfect for what we needed. Couldn’t rate it highly enough! Great location in mallorca. The owner was very responsive and gave great recommendations. Thanks so much for having us.
