Fantastic holiday home recently refurbished duplex style with private parking, living room-kitchen, bedroom with bathroom en suite located in the centre of Palma de Mallorca. It can accommodate up to 2 people.
Distribution: On the ground floor you find the garage with a bathroom with shower; on the first floor the living room with TV and sofa next to the fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is the bedroom with a bathroom with shower. We can install a cot, on request, at a cost of 10€/day. If you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
Duplex Palma Apartment is located 50 m from the restaurant "Raimundo burger", 300 m from the bus station, 500 m from the supermarket "Bip Sa Gerreria", 1 km from the sandy beach "Ca'n Pere Antoni", 1 km from the station "Intermodal Plaça d'Espanya", it is located in an ideal area for families, in the historic centre.
No private transport is required, as the place is centrally located. You will be 5-10 minutes walk from the main attractions of the city such as the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor or Passeig d'es Born.
"Sa Gerreria" is one of the best neighbourhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and for its gastronomic offer. The neighbourhood is mainly frequented by locals.
*The street is a bit narrow so parking a large car in the garage is difficult, preferably small or medium sized cars. We apologise for any inconvenience beyond our control.
A deposit of 250€ will be retained during your stay.
Rules
-Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property, if you do not abide by the rule you will be penalised.
-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the accommodation.
-Please respect the community areas: stairs and corridor, keeping them clean and passing through them in silence.
-any excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly forbidden! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by anyone in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the accommodation regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking, keeping the deposit.
"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all the protocols of professional cleaning and prevention to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, as it has no common areas.
Note: The flat is located in an area for residents only. For access to the property by car, it is essential that we contact the Town Hall to ask for a traffic permit. We will provide you with instructions at the time of booking.
