Villa Can Rin is located in a quiet residential area of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, in the west of the beautiful island of Ibiza, only a short walk from the beach. The new 220m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms (one is en-suite) and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine and a television, while a baby bed and a highchair are available on request.
The extensive private outdoor area will impress you with open terrace spaces and a garden, where you can have breakfast and spend the evenings with a glass of wine and meals from the stone barbecue. There you can sunbathe on the deck chairs, while the pool invites you to take refreshing swims. From the property you can look all the way to the sea and San Antonio bay.
The nearest supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are within 3-minute walk, and the closest beach Playa Es Pouet is a 10-minute walk (900m) away, where you will also find cafés, bars and seafood restaurants along the beach. Ibiza town, world-famous for its exclusive clubs and nightlife is located a 20-minute drive (17 km) east of the property. There you will also find the beaches of Cala Comte, Cala d'Hort, Cala Salada, Cala Vadella and Cala Bassa. The island’s airport is also a 20-minute drive (18.5 km) away.

As it is located in a quiet residential area, any kind of parties and loud gatherings are forbidden. Any damages or pollutions will be deducted from the deposit.
