The beautiful property is located in the small village of Betlem, about 5 kilometers behind Colonia de Sant Pere, where supermarkets and other shops can be found.
The approximately elevated house offers a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains.
The beach is only 250 meters away.
Two bedrooms have been set up in the holiday home.
One is equipped with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has two single beds.
This room connects to a living room with a sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed.
Another bathroom with a shower has been installed.
In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there is also a spacious living and dining room.
It features comfortable sofas, a TV with a DVD/CD player, and internet access.
There is space for the whole group at the large dining table.
On the large roof terrace, with wonderful views, there is high-quality furniture, and this is also where the outdoor barbecue for convivial barbecues is located.
On the terrace in front of the house, with direct sea views, comfortable seating has been arranged.
There is a private pool measuring 9x4 meters and other seating areas outdoors, as well as a table tennis table and comfortable sun loungers on the soft lawn of the well-maintained garden with Mediterranean plants.

Het is echt een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Het huis is heel compleet ingericht en ook in de keuken is alles in overvloed aanwezig. Er zijn op meerdere niveaus plekken om te zitten/relaxen waardoor je altijd kunt kiezen voor zon of schaduw en voor wat meer wind of uit de wind. Het zwembad is schoon en prettig. Het uitzicht is overal heel erg mooi.
We vonden het bed aan de harde kant maar dat hebben we in de meeste vakantiehuizen. Verder heel goed bevallen en we komen zeker nog eens terug!
