This roomy 600m² vacation home is located in the municipality of Muro in the northeastern part of Majorca, a sunny island in Spain's Balearic Islands. Constructed from natural stone and the typical Majorcan pine beams, the home consists of a spacious living room, a large, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and two wooden tables, 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms en suite, an additional bathroom on the ground floor and a separate toilet, and can therefore accommodate 7 people. The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, air conditioning (in 2 of the bedrooms), a fan, and a washing machine. The home is suitable for children and a baby bed and highchair are available (upon request). The property is secluded and surrounded by fields. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony or relax outdoors in the private furnished garden. There is also an expansive, easily accessible private pool (30 x 30m; 2,5m deep) filled with natural water as well as a private open and closed terrace situated above the pool where guests can sun in wicker chairs and loungers. The outdoor area also offers a private grill area. A variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues are located 1 to 2 minutes (1 km) by car from the home. The white sand beaches of Playa del Muro and Alcudia along Alcudia Bay are 11 to 23 minutes (8 to 11 km) from the home. Visitors can also explore the natural wonders of the Tramontana mountains in the Son Real and Puiz Son Villa hiking areas just a 20 minute (15 minute) drive from the home. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic Pollensa Golf Club overlooking the sea, just a 22 minute (18 km) drive from the home. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 47 minutes (57 km) by car from the home.
