The house is only a 10 minute walk from Portals Nous, where you will find a supermarket, bars and restaurants such as Capuccino or Ritzi. There is also a harbour with luxury yachts, a beach, the Marineland dolphinarium, as well as clothes boutiques and, in winter, the Christmas market.
The nearest beaches to the house: Cala Portals Nous, Playa Oratori de Portals, Playa Punta Portals, Playa Costa d'en Blanes.
The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away, from where you can easily reach Palma, Palma Nova, Magaluf or Andratx.
On the terrace there is a dining table with chairs and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy an alfresco dinner.
Swimming pool of 8x4m surface and 1,5-2m deep with sun terrace. There is also a garden.
Cars can be parked right next to the villa, good parking facilities.

The villa is well furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. The villa can accommodate up to 10 persons, but additional beds can be provided and, depending on the number of persons, can be increased up to a maximum of 18 persons.
On the ground floor: living room with fireplace, dining room, bedroom with sofa bed, kitchen with access to the terrace, bathroom with shower cabin, laundry room.
First floor: double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds, family bathroom, living room with sofa bed and possibility of adding an additional double bed. From the living room there is access to the first floor, where there is another bedroom with double bed and possibility to add an additional double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and dishwasher.
From Palma airport you can take bus number 1 to Plaza España in Palma and from there take bus number 104 to Portals Nous, where the villa is a 5 minute walk away. However, we recommend renting a car or booking a transfer.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
We provide a cot free of charge and any extra bed is available for an additional charge.
Electricity is included up to a set limit. If this limit is exceeded, we charge per kW/hour.
