The home also has 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms. All of the rooms are located on the first floor. The home features Wi-Fi (included in the price), satellite television, a radio, central heating and air conditioning (in some bedrooms), and a washing machine. Guests can enjoy the spectacular mountain view from the home and relax outdoors in the spacious 900m2 property which features a fenced garden, a large 10x4 outdoor pool, and a barbecue grill area, all for private use. The outdoor property also offers a roomy closed terrace, an ideal place to dine al fresco which is also for private use. The home is just a 3 to 4 minute (1 to 2 km) drive from Selva, a beautiful mountain village where daily shopping can be done and which also offers a variety of restaurants, bars, and cafes. Scenic beaches located along Alcudia Bay include Alcudia Beach, just 33 minutes (30 km) by car, and the Platja de Muro, just a 28 minute (28 km) drive by car. Guests can also explore the beautiful Tramontana mountains and visit the Puig de sa Creu and the Area Recreative sa Coveta Negra just a 12 minute (6 km) drive by car. The 18-hole Pollensa Golf Club that overlooks the ocean is just a 25 minute (24 km) drive. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 36 minutes (41 km) from the home by car.
