Centrally located alongside the seafront of Port de Soller, the holiday apartment Montemar 36 consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 people.
The child-friendly apartment includes Wi-Fi, a television, a cot, and a highchair (both available on request).
Outside, you will find a private covered terrace with splendid views of the sea and the town’s marina, as well as access to a shared pool.
The central location within the town provides easy access to both the beach and many restaurants and shops.
The nearest beach, Platja den Repic, is just a few minutes on foot (300 m), and the nearest supermarket is also within the town, a 15-minute (1 km) walk along the seafront.
Along the seafront at Port de Soller, there is a large selection of restaurants and bars, as well as places to hire boats.
The nearest airport is in Palma de Mallorca, which is a 40-minute drive away (37 km).
This property does not have air conditioning but does have fans.
Please note that during the summer months, the temperatures inside the property can exceed 25ºC.

Aussicht vom Balkon, gemütliche Wohnung
Man muss sehr viele Treppen bewältigen, um die Wohnung zu erreichen. Das trägt zur guten Aussicht bei, kann aber für weniger fitte Personen problematisch sein :)

The apartment is in a great location on the mountain. Has a fantastic view of the bay and marina. The back porch is awesome. We had a small issue with bugs the first night as apartment was a bit warm. We opened the windows and bugs came in and bit us up all night. Second night was okay as we killed ...
