Our dream Llar de Son Ramis, a natural stone house rebuilt more than 100 years ago, was renovated in 2013 and equipped with a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of our guests. The house is tastefully restored and designed reusing the material of the old Mediterranean constructions, leaving a genuine, comfortable and modern accommodation, a place to feel good and relax.
The house is located in a quiet street, where you can park your car directly in front of the door. The outdoor area is designed in an elongated form and offers a lot of space and a modern factor, a swimming pool with whirlpool (2mx 8.5m), cosy sun loungers and chill-out furniture. A lovely little wellness oasis with calm and charm. Between the house and the pool terrace there is another small terrace with dining table and chairs to enjoy the warm evenings with barbecue or a romantic dinner. Beautiful pool lighting and decorative lights cast a particularly romantic light. There is also an outdoor shower and toilet.
The 146m² indoor area is no less cosy, quite the contrary. Here, natural stone walls, modern furniture and absolutely stylish decor have created a very special living atmosphere. The elegant living room has a large fireplace for the colder seasons, air conditioning, comfortable sofa and "floating" satellite TV. The open kitchen is directly opposite and is fully equipped and modern. The dining area is decorated with a large glass table and transparent chairs and offers a beautiful and fun atmosphere.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 with 1 single bed) All rooms are decorated in a different design with very good taste.o. Air conditioning have all. Two showers are also available, so no long waiting time is required. For the little ones in the house cots and high chairs are provided. In the whole house you can use free Wifi Internet. Our village house delivers what it promises, a romantic cosy place furnished with comfort and many beautiful details, a home to fall in love with.
Llubí is a municipality that belongs to the region of Es Pla and is located near the centre of Mallorca, 40 kilometres from Palma. The town centre is located between two areas of the village, the Llevant area and the Son Ramis area, the latter dating back to the 17th century. Llubí borders the municipalities of Maria de la Salud, Sineu, Inca, Sa Pobla, Muro and Santa Margalida.
Llubí comes from the Romans, formerly Castro-lupino, which derived in Castell Llubí until reaching the present day with the name of Llubí. It is speculated that the name "Castro" or "Castle" originates from the Talayotic settlement which is fortified with a cyclopean wall.
The history of the municipality begins in the pre-Talayotic and Talayotic periods, and there are more than 30 archaeological sites from these periods. The most famous and best preserved are the talayots dels Racons, from 200 BC.
The Roman period was an important period in these lands, the Romans settled in the same area where the talayots are located. There is evidence of remains of coins and inscriptions that prove the Roman occupation. In addition, a small farm has recently been found in Son Mulet, between Maria de la Salut and Llubí.
- Every Tuesday there is a weekly market where foodstuffs are the main products.
- The fourth Sunday in November is the Honey Fair, a large exhibition on the world of beekeeping
- The last week of July is the festival of Sant Feliu, the patron saint of the village.

*TOURIST TAX "ECOTASA" (this tax is NOT INCLUDED in the rental price of the accommodation) We would like to inform and remind guests who decide to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands, that on arrival the tourist tax (Ecotasa) demanded by the Balearic Government, will be charged to all resident and foreign tourists staying in tourist accommodation (in the same way as in hotels). This tax is to be used for the preservation and care of the islands and to improve tourism.
The amount of this tax in "high season" is 2,20€ per night, per adult (young people from the age of 16 are counted as adults and therefore pay eco-tax).
In "low season" the eco-tax has a significant reduction: it is 0,55€ per night per adult.
For stays of more than 9 nights, from the ninth night onwards, a 50% discount will be applied to the following days of stay.
-High season (1 May-31 October) 2,20€,
from the 9th night: 1,10€ x adult x night.
-Low season (1 November-30 April) 0,55€, from the 9th night: 0,28€ x adult x night.
The eco-tax is to be paid in CASH.
