In Can Picafort you can enjoy wonderful sandy beaches and also rocky areas suitable for swimming. About 5 km away is the village of Santa Margalida, which gives its name to the municipality, with its traditional weekly market, the church located at the top of the village and its typical festivities of La Beata, in early September. At about 6 km you can find the unspoilt beaches of Son Real, with the possibility of long walks in the area, well known for its archaeological sites.
