An ideal escape to relax and enjoy the beauty of Mallorca! Information to Consider In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.

New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no trash should be left at the property.

Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be charged for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016).
