Fabulous Villa for 10 people with truly breathtaking views of the Camp de Mar cove from every window! The Villa and all its living spaces are of enormous dimensions, very spacious and comfortable.
The Villa has a large entrance hall, 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms (one with a double bed, and the other 2 with 3 single beds, ideal for the younger members of the family).
In the living room, there are 2 single sofa beds.
Tourist License Number: ETV/5695.
On the ground floor, we find a huge living-dining room that opens directly onto the balcony terrace, perfect for al fresco dining and chilling.
The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ are adjacent, as well as an additional bathroom.
A beautiful terrace surrounds the entire house with views of the cove, with access to the private saltwater pool and gardens.
The property is located in a quiet residential area, yet within minutes you can reach the cove with its supermarket, bars, and restaurants.
With endless options by driving a little, Paguera, Puerto Andratx, Magalluf, and Santa Ponsa are nearby.
Parking is available on the property itself. *This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or responsible groups seeking tranquility are accepted; groups of young people will not be admitted.
House Rules: - Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
If you wish to smoke, you may do so outside and ensure you do not leave cigarette butts on the ground. - Maintain order and cleanliness at all times. - You will be responsible for the garbage generated during your stay.
Please separate the garbage into the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area. - Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly.
Turn them off when you are not at home or when they are not needed.
Also, ensure you close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape. - Parties or events are not permitted in the house.
If you wish to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
No noise is allowed from 10 PM to 9 AM.
Booking Conditions: - Guests must pay a deposit upon arrival of 250 Euros (in cash), which will be refunded upon departure. - Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night to be paid in cash upon arrival. - This establishment does not offer services.
