Casa Rosario is a fantastic townhouse in historic Pollensa, located in a quiet street close to the town centre and a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, shops and weekly Sunday market, its position is perfect for those who may not wish to drive and are seeking a relaxing stress free holiday, the main square is but a five minute walk away. The house has been fully refurbished to an extremely high standard and Its eye catching modern interior is clean, bright and inviting, whilst retaining some charming traditional features such as its rustic wood beamed ceilings.


On entering the property you will find yourself in a delightful living room complete with open fireplace and cosy seating area from where to enjoy the satellite television, if you are visiting during the colder months, you can relish evenings snuggled in front of the fire.


An attractive archway leads you into the large fully fitted kitchen, equipped with everything you will need throughout your stay, a good selection of kitchen gadgets for whipping up your own Mallorcan inspired feast as well as a dining table for meals overlooking the terrace. From here the patio doors lead you out to the wonderful terraced garden, fully equipped with outdoor sofa, sun loungers, parasol and dining table where you can experience alfresco dining or evening cocktail. This delightful outdoor space is perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun and even has a plunge pool where you can relax, cool off or splash around with the kids.


The upper level contains 2 generous bedrooms, one with en suit bathroom and access to a balcony overlooking the garden patio and pool. Both bedrooms and bathrooms have been tastefully decorated in the same bright contemporary style reflected throughout the rest of property and feel like a real oasis. Please note that the house is very near a school and therefore outside of the three month summer holidays (mid June until mid September), you will be able to hear the children in the school during the week.


Casa Rosario is a fantastic townhouse perfect for couples, small groups and families who will appreciate being situated within walking distance of all amenities - you will only need the car when you head off to the beach or for a round of golf!

- the property can sleep 4 adults and a child aged up to 2 years (in a cot) if required.

- a booking fee of €90 will be charged on every booking

- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person

- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
