Overlooking the Bay of Alcúdia, it features a stunning private infinity swimming pool (approximately 7m x 5m), generous sunbathing areas and an outdoor dining space where guests can enjoy long Mediterranean lunches or spectacular sunsets.
A small landscaped garden adds further charm, with fragrant pine trees and Mediterranean herbs carried by the cooling sea breeze. Property would benefit from having the rubbish collected - nobody wants to visit the local waste facility during their holiday. Big infestation of ants in the kitchen every day despite best efforts to keep the area clean.
